Joanne Duffy

An award-winning local artist, Jo Duffy’s inspiration lies in her love for the Australian landscape. Local bush and wetlands are of particular relevance in her current work which desires to highlight the importance of these urban parklands through expressive imagery. Native flora and ancient landscapes provide her with strong stimuli for investigating our senses’ response through colour, texture and movement. Jo’s work has been recognised with art prizes in Western Australia and interstate.
