Peter graduated with a BA in Fine Art from Curtin University in 2006 and has since made the transition to being a professional artist. He is interested in what happens when the aesthetic of drawing is blended with the physicality of sculpture. Whereas drawing is a static two-dimensional medium anchored to a surface, sculpture is a three-dimensional language that allows for the translation of drawings into compositions occupying real space. Along with his private art practice, Peter creates public artworks for government, corporate agencies and commissions for private clients.
