Alessandra Rossi

Alessandra is a multimedia artist, working in paint, print, sculpture and installation. Her work has often explored the relationship between what is visible and what is invisible. She successfully conjures an ambiguous environment, one where presence is virtual and people exist in the memory of place. Time is essential in her work, as the development of a theme unfolds by working out thoughts and emotions on canvas. Through her paintings, Alessandra seeks to articulate the intangible, somewhere between fantasy and reality.
