Greg Ash

Born and educated in Perth, Greg Ash has teaching qualifications from Edith Cowan University.  Studying fabrics and textiles, printmaking and silk-screening, Greg ultimately  discovered glass.  After lead lighting his own house in the 1980s, Greg quickly moved onto learning fusing and slumping techniques, kiln casting, bevelling and strip work, studying with many well-known Australian glass artists. Now one of the state representatives for Ausglass, Greg produces a range of jewellery, architectural glass and sculpture in the glass medium.
