With more than 140 solo exhibitions, Leon Pericles holds his place as an important Australian painter and printmaker. His creativity and imagination, combined with impressive technical skills, have resulted in work which engages and challenges the viewer to experience his unique, sometimes narrative, often whimsical and frequently absurd view of society and landscape.
