Lisa Dymond graduated from Central TAFE with an Advanced Diploma in Visual Arts in 2012. A sculptor and public artist, her current work is a nod to the simpler times of growing up in the 1960s and 1970s, through using objects found in the kitchens of those decades. Her forms are simple yet beautiful and speak to her with their endless possibilities. The creating is playful, the art process of assemblage is challenging, and hopefully the translation of this work to the viewer evokes curiosity, joy and relatedness.
