About

Scott Price is a multidisciplinary artist working in Boorloo (Perth), across multiple mediums including oil, watercolour, drawing, soundscapes, video and installation. His practice is primarily focused on place and belonging, attempting to understand authentic relation to land through site-responsive and site-specific landscape works. Scott employs techniques that allow for a ‘collaboration’ with the site in which, and about which, the work is made, allowing for an interrogation into the representation of landscape and the possibilities for authentic relation with land in a colonised country.
