Gisela Züchner-Mogall is a German-born multi-disciplinary artist with a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Arts and Textile Design) and a Bachelor of Education. She is inspired by minimalism and captivated by the simplicity and opacity of industrial materials. Her works, characterised by limited elements, geometric forms and sometimes fibre, display a spectrum of ‘industrial’ tones that shift based on the viewer’s perspective. Gisela’s artistic practice spans mixed media, printmaking, sculpture, painting, and digital collages, reflecting her interest in the relationship between materiality and visual perception.
