Jenny Demarte was born in Busselton, Western Australia and now resides in Perth. Since earning a Diploma in Art Studies majoring in Printmaking in 1990, Jenny has exhibited in several group and solo exhibitions across Western Australia. Jenny has been working on the theme “Rhythm of Life” throughout her career. Her artwork aims to evoke feeling and mood, using symbolism, mixed media and printmaking processes to create a sense of mystery and implication.
