Born in Taiwan and immigrating to Perth in 1980, Juliet Tang is a ceramist whose work is an exploration of art and culture. She utilises the communicative qualities of clay to express her multicultural and architectural background. Juliet has exhibited as a finalist in several major national art awards, and was the recipient of the Emerging Artist Award at FA@H 2024. Her article “Facets of Ceramics” was published in the Journal of Australian Ceramics in July 2024. She currently teaches ceramics at Tresillian Arts Centre in Nedlands.
