Nicole Steenhof is an award-winning painter and sculptor based in Shoalwater, Western Australia. Using oil paint, Nicole renders dreamlike ocean scenes that hover between abstract and figurative, expanding on the theme of hydrocommons in contemporary art. She has recently completed postgraduate studies in Fine Arts at Curtin University, and exhibits locally and interstate. Her works are held in private collections internationally and have been acquired by public collections in WA.
