Yuko Takahashi is a self-taught artist who was born and raised in Japan. Her art is influenced by the beauty of Japan, childhood memories and the unique nature of Australia. Yuko’s work has featured in various exhibitions, including Sculpture by the Sea Cottesloe 2015, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024 and Sculpture by the Sea Bondi 2023. Her sculptures are held in public and private collections including the Janet Holmes à Court Gallery and the Minderoo Foundation, and she has been the recipient of several local art awards.
