Unique in a Western Australian school-based exhibition, the Fine Art@Hale Awards are an acknowledgement of the incredible work brought to the exhibition by the many talented artists in our community.

Sponsored by Fine Art@Hale: $500
People’s Choice Award
Votes in the People’s Choice Competition are open to attendees of the physical exhibition in Memorial Hall and will finish at the close of the exhibition on Sunday 21 July 2024. Only one vote per person.
Sponsored by Fine Art@Hale: non-monetary award
Brine House Award
In addition to these awards, the annual Brine House purchase has been coined the FA@H “Packing Room Prize”. Selected by the Year 7 and 8 boarders from Hale School’s Brine House, an artwork is bought using a kitty of the boys’ pocket money combined with a matching contribution by the Head of the Boarding House. The work then forms part of the significant art collection of Brine House for future boarders to enjoy. Hats off to Head of Brine House, TJ Steenkamp for starting this great initiative.
